Which toolchains do you refuse to support?
We do not work on weaponized systems or projects that cannot provide a lawful end-use statement. Everything else is a conversation.
What is intentionally not included in retainers?
We do not run clinical trials, recruit patients, or operate data centers. Cloud cost ops and enterprise IT tickets are out of scope unless separately agreed.
How quickly can you start?
Most programs slot within three weeks once hardware access and security paperwork clear. Earlier starts require aligned calendars on both sides.
Can you work under Korean business hours only?
Yes. We anchor collaboration to Seoul business hours and document hand-offs for other regions.
Will you sign unlimited liability clauses?
No. Liability follows the caps outlined in our General Terms, adjusted only through mutually executed paper.
How do you handle export-controlled firmware?
We follow your classification memos, use agreed transfer paths, and pause if jurisdiction questions appear.
What should we prepare before day one?
Bring a recent build, representative boards, hazard references for timing, and a list of known flaky tests—even if embarrassing. It saves days.
