Timeframe
Consulting fees already applied to delivered milestones are non-refundable except as required by Korean consumer law. For unused prepaid blocks requested in writing within fourteen days of purchase and before work begins, we may issue a full refund minus documented administrative costs not exceeding statutory caps.
Eligibility
Eligibility requires good-faith cooperation, accurate scoping information, and no material breach. Retainer balances are reconciled against logged hours and agreed rates. Hardware purchases or third-party licenses you authorize are pass-through and governed by vendor policies.
Scope
This policy covers professional services sold directly by PulseForge Digital. It does not cover travel expenses already incurred, rush fees for committed calendars, or custom tooling explicitly marked non-refundable in your statement of work.
Process
Email care@origin-hub.digital with invoice references and a concise reason. We acknowledge within two business days and decide within ten business days unless more investigation is needed. Approved refunds return via the original payment path where technically possible.

Exceptions
If deliverables were accepted in writing, refund rights are limited to proven failure to meet written acceptance criteria. Force majeure, export denial, or client-caused suspension may pause obligations without penalty.
