General Terms

PulseForge Digital provides engineering consulting and documentation support. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Korean law mandates a higher floor for consumer transactions. Consequential damages are excluded to the extent permitted. You agree to mitigate issues promptly and supply good-faith diagnostics so recommendations remain grounded in evidence.

By requesting work, accessing deliverables, or signing a statement of work, you accept these terms. If an executed agreement conflicts, the executed agreement controls for that engagement only. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of non-material changes communicated with reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections grant you a non-waivable venue. We describe services plainly; nothing here grants medical device clearance or certification.

Either party may terminate for material breach with written notice and a reasonable cure period. You remain responsible for fees for completed milestones and documented hours. Confidentiality, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions survive termination.

You provide accurate technical context, safe lab access when applicable, and timely feedback. You retain ownership of your background intellectual property. You represent that sharing materials does not violate third-party agreements. You appoint a technical liaison with authority to accept or reject deliverables.

Services include embedded firmware performance consulting, measurement planning, evidence structuring, and workshop facilitation. Deliverables are professional opinions and artifacts, not product approvals. Schedules depend on mutually agreed assumptions; delays caused by missing inputs may shift timelines.

Pre-existing intellectual property remains with each party. Deliverables are licensed for your internal use in the program described in the statement of work unless otherwise stated. You may not remove proprietary notices. Open-source usage follows your policies and documented license obligations.
